Step 4: Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to original payment method.

Step 5: Completion

You receive confirmation email when refund is completed.

6. Special Cases

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Services purchased during promotional periods may have different refund terms. Please check the specific terms of the promotion. Generally, promotional purchases are non-refundable.

For services involving third-party integrations or processing, refunds are subject to the third party's policies in addition to our own. Additional processing time may apply.
